Heavenly Cheese
The other day I suddenly had the urge to make homemade poutine at home. For those of you who aren’t familiar with it, poutine is a Quebec-based food invention consisting of french fries smothered in cheese curds and gravy. While many restaurants serve poutine with cheddar or mozzarella cheese, the original uses fresh cheese curds, and it tastes so much better.
I tried various establishments throughout Chilliwack, and none of them had what I was looking for. I was told about a smaller cheese shop on Barrow road in Sardis called Heavenly Cheese, so I decided to go there.
Thankfully, they not only had cheese curds, but also a really amazing selection of goat cheese. Not only are the prices reasonable, but they also let you taste whatever cheeses you want up front, that way you know exactly what you are buying. I walked away with some five year old cheddar, some cheese curds, and two types of goat’s cheese.
If you’re looking for some really fresh cheese, or enjoy a tasty goat’s cheese, then I definitely recommend heading out to Heavenly Cheese and taking a look. You can find Heavenly Cheese at 7350 Barrow Rd in Sardis.

So glad to read this! I am a cheese fanatic, and I will definitely be paying a visit to Heavenly Cheese, thank you for sharing!
